Privacy notice
Who we are
EveryCall is a trading name of [full legal name], [address for correspondence]. We're registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference [ICO registration number]. Contact us about privacy at privacy@everycallhq.com.
This website and demo requests
When you book a demo we collect your name, business name, phone number, email, type of business and anything you choose to tell us. We use it only to contact you about a demo and our service. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to your request. We keep enquiries for up to 12 months if you don't become a client, then delete them.
Our website is hosted by Vercel, and the form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms. We don't sell your data or use it for anyone else's marketing.
Calls answered by EveryCall
When EveryCall answers a call for one of our clients, that business is the controller of the caller's information and we process it on their behalf under a data processing agreement. Callers are told at the start of each call that they're speaking to an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. Recordings and transcripts are used to pass the message to the business and to keep the service working properly, and are deleted on a set schedule. If you called a business that uses EveryCall, contact that business first about your data; we'll help them respond.
Who we share data with
We use carefully chosen suppliers to run the service, including telephony, voice AI, hosting and messaging providers. Some are based outside the UK; where data leaves the UK we rely on the UK's approved safeguards, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the International Data Transfer Addendum. [List current sub-processors or link to the list.]
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email privacy@everycallhq.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
